We can arrange same-day delivery of flowers and gifts within Adelaide including Adelaide City, Suburbs and all Adelaide Hospitals. If you have any concerns about your order please call us on 08 8276 7370.
Delivery Policy
Standard Deliveries
Same day delivery is available for all orders placed befpre 2:00 pm weekdays (Adelaide time) and before 12pm Saturdays. Any orders received after these times will be delivered the next business day. Deliveries are completed between the hours of 9am-6pm to home address's, between 9-5:30pm to Business Addresses (where business name is specified) and between 9- 3:30pm to Schools Addresses (where school is specified and sufficent notice provided).
All deliveries are organised to most efficiently fit into our courier runs, with priorety given to Express Deliveries. If you have any concerns about your delivery and timing please call our store and we will do our very best to accomodate your requests.
There is no delivery service on Sundays except for peak periods like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
Timed and Express Deliveries
Flora Blume will make every effort to accommodate your request, but timed deliveries cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery outside our business hours can be arranged but will attract an extra delivery fee.
When you select Express Delivery at Checkout we will deliver within 3 hours of your order being recieved when order is placed before 2pm on weekdays and 12pm on Saturdays. For Pre-Orders delivery will be completed between 9am-12pm on the selected delivery date. Or you can specify a 3 hour widow within our business opening hours. If for any reason we cannot deliver within these time frames we will contact you immediatly to discuss options.
Redelivery
If we are given a wrong address we are able to re-deliver your order for an additional delivery charge of $15.00. If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe location. If the courier is unable to leave the order safely we will phone the sender to arrange a new delivery time and an additional delivery fee will apply. Where wrong address's or incorrect details are given we cannot garuntee a redelivery that same day.
Interstate and International Orders
Flora Blume is part Interflora's network of quality trusted florists and we can organise flower delivery Interstate and Internationally for you. Please contact our store if you would like to use this service.
Refund Policy
At Flora Blume we pride ourselves in providing the recipient with the freshest flowers. If you are not happy with the quality of your product or our service please contact the store immediatly on (08) 8276 7370
We offer refunds for any order cancellations that are not already in transit. In the event that you need to cancel your order and it has already left the store any courier fees will still apply.
Full refunds are available in the event of any product deemed faulty. In this instance it is a requirement that the product is returned to the store for a refund or replacement.
